PRODUCT REVIEW: A'BLOOM MERINGUE PUFF
Do you like using makeup sponges? Because if you do, you must check out this A'Bloom Meringue Puffs by Althea! It looks like a real meringue (without the ridges) and the colors are so cute! This is another amazing release of Althea's own brand of sponges.
Besides being unique, it is also available in two sizes, Giant and Baby!
So let us talk about the Giant Meringue Puff first.
This sponge is big and wide. It is perfect for application of foundation or skincare products because of its wide coverage to your skin.
It can be used both wet and dry. When it is wet, the sponge expands up to 1.5x of its actual size and the sponge becomes soft and fluffy making it easier to control and bounce.
In my case, I was able to achieve a flawless finish using it and my liquid foundations though I do not usually have large pores to conceal.
This is affordable for only 100php per piece.
Next, let us check out the Baby Meringue Puffs!
The Baby Meringue Puffs since it is smaller in size comes in three pieces per pack. Since this one is small in size, I love to bring it and include this inside my makeup travel bag. As a dry sponge, I use it to absorb oil in my face instead of blotting papers.
Since it is smaller, I also use it to reach the narrow areas of my face. Just like the Giant Puff, it can expand up to 1.5x of its actual size.
When wet, I can use it to apply blush, contour, and highlighter whether as cream or powder, the sponge still worked. I just had a hard time cleaning it with the dark powders or creams that it was able to absorb. Wet baby sponges are also fluffy and soft.

Both Giant and Baby Meringue Puffs are worth it because not only it is affordable, it also became effective in makeup application for me. No need to break your budget for this one! For me, I will definitely buy it again 100%.
It also gave me an idea as a perfect gift for birthdays or Christmas, even as giveaways because the packaging is already nice that you can just simply add a ribbon on it.
