CETAPHIL BRIGHT HEALTHY RADIANCE: THE SECRET TO RADIANT SKIN
How have you guys been? Are you spending your holidays safely? Please do not forget to observe wearing of masks in public places and gatherings because the community transmission of Covid-19 is still present and in my personal experience, I observed an increase in positive cases lately. So please, spend your holidays wisely.
Anyway, a month ago, I received products from Cetaphil's newest line - the Bright Healthy Radiance! It is an utmost importance that our household should always have a Cetaphil wash because my sister has eczema and my husband has a sensitive skin. Just my experience in my family, Cetaphil is the only trusted wash for their sensitive skin and even at work. Back in the pediatrics days, when everything else fails in making the child's skin non-reactive to products - Cetaphil is always prescribed. Wherever I go, I always knew its importance in maintaining a non-allergic reaction to skin and still maintain the works of cleansing.
Imagine my delight that now, Cetaphil offers a new range of products that we could choose from besides their wash, soap and lotion. The new range of products are called Bright Healthy Radiance and it consists the following: Brightness Reveal Bar, Brightness Reveal Body Wash, Brightening Lotion, Brightness Refresh Toner, Brightening Night Comfort Cream, and Brightening Day Protection Cream.
Brightness Reveal Bar:

Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance Brightness Reveal Bar gently cleanses the skin without drying to reveal the skin's natural fairness and inner radiance. With the GentleBright technology used in this bar, the hypoallergenic formula has been developed and clinically tested under dermatological control to be gentle on the most sensitive skin. In addition to the technology used, it was also enriched with the white sea daffodil extract and niacinamide (Vitamin B3), that can gently wash away dirt, impurities, and dullness to brighten and even out the skin tone. Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance Brightness Reveal Bar will leave the skin feeling smooth, hydrated and refreshed every day.
The bar has a mild floral-like fragrance and it is so light that I do not think it will bother those who are sensitive to fragrance. I now prefer using this over the non-scented ordinary Cetaphil bar.

Just like the bar, the body wash also used the GentleBright Technology to gently cleanse the skin without dryness and leaving the sensitive skin soft, hydrated, and refreshed. They also used the white sea daffodil extract and niacinamide (Vitamin B3) as part of the ingredients to unlock the skin's natural radiance.
I love using this body wash with a puff because I can lather it more easily into my skin. It also has a mild floral-like fragrance that keeps me feeling fresh.
Brightening Lotion:

The Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance Brightening Lotion can instantly hydrate and illuminate dry, sensitive skin. It also features the GentleBright Technology for a fragrance-free and hypoallergenic formula that was developed and clinically tested under dermatological control to be gentle on even the most sensitive skin. Infused with white sea daffodil extract and niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to visible reduce the appearance of dullness, dark sports and shadow areas, enhancing the natural fairness of the complexion. It is a gently but highly effective lotion for brightening, soothing, and moisturizing the skin to preserve the skin barrier without any irritations.
It can provide up to 24 hours hydration which is perfect for those working in long hours like me. With the frequent hand washing, it can also protect me against dryness and restore my skin's moisture.
The first time that I used it, the lotion has a non-greasy formula that upon application and when it dried, it feels like a powder smooth skin. It is also absorbed quickly by my skin so no need to wait if you are in a rush to go.
Brightness Refresh Toner:

Both the GentleBright Technology and ingredients white sea daffodil extract and niacinamide were also used. It can provide up to 8 hours hydration and restores, protects the skin against dryness. This is a gentle and non-sticky formula that can be absorbed quickly to leave the skin feeling refreshed after use. According to Cetaphil, it can brighten and even out skin tone in 4 weeks without causing any irritation or weakening of the skin barrier.
For a toner, it is mild and non-alcoholic that I felt like it is more of a cleansing water. However, when I tried it first-hand, it clearly was able to cleanse my skin from dirt that was not removed by washing. I also noticed that my skin looked fresh and lighter after each use. No fragrance noted on this toner which is another plus points for me! This is a nice replacement for cleansing waters!
Brightening Night Comfort Cream:

The Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance Brightening Night Comfort Cream can instantly hydrate and illuminate dry, sensitive skin. This moisturizer is a highly effective blend for brightening, soothing, and moisturizing to lighten and even skin tone and preserve the skin barrier without irritation. It also provides long lasting 24 hours hydration, it restores and protects sensitive skin against dryness, significantly improving luminosity and skin softness to ensure you wake up with radiant, healthy looking skin every day.
According to Cetaphil, it can reduce appearance of dark spots in 4 weeks. True to its claim, I used both the night and day cream for a month and it was able to lighten the acne marks on my skin a little. I also love applying it compared to other moisturizer creams because it is non-greasy, smells like powder and quickly absorbed by my skin. But other than that, I do not see any other additional advantages.
Brightening Day Protection Cream:

When I used the Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance Brightening Day Protection Cream, there is almost no difference with the night cream except that it has a thinner consistency and it contains SPF 15 that protects us against the damaging effects of the sun to help prevent dark spots.
The Brightening Day Protection Cream also have the GentleBright Technology and white sea daffodil extract and niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and it works to reduce the appearance of dark spots and enhance evenness of complexion, revealing the radiance within.
The same with the night cream, it provides 24 hours hydration and protects skin against dryness. It was also stated that it can brighten and even skin tone in 4 weeks without causing irritation.
To let you see the changes in my skin after a month, check out my before and after photos below. The skin tone on my forehead evened out and the dark spots on my nose bridge and chin lightened.
