SilkyGirl: OMG Powder Matte Lipsticks

PRODUCT REVIEW: SILKYGIRL'S OMG POWDER MATTE LIPSTICKS

Seriously, I miss reviewing lipsticks. For me, it is the easiest thing to review because I just had to use it for at least three days, unlike for skincare that I need to wait for a real results before I share it on my blog.

After rummaging in my stash, I saw this set of lipsticks that I received from SilkyGirl! Just in time because I am looking for a lipstick to review!

The shades that I got are: Blossom (01), Mocha (02), Mulberry (03), Maroon (04), and Rosewood (05). These are all in nude to reddish shades, which I prefer to wear daily.

Pros:

So what do I think about these lipsticks? The first thing that I appreciated with this lipstick is that it has a smooth texture that was easy to glide over my lips! Definitely a game changing for a matte lipstick and maybe because this has a satin-like texture that looks matte. Usually matte lipsticks tugs on my lips whenever I apply it that is why I am delighted that this is easy to apply.

All the shades are great for daily use - day or night. Even the Maroon shade is nice to wear in the mornings. It is not the kind of red that are only great for party use.

It also leaves a stain so my lips did not really looked pale after being fully removed. My favorite shades are Blossom and Mocha.

Last thing that I did love about this lipstick is that it does not accentuate the lip lines and the dry patches of my lips! My lips looked smooth and plump. Except for the Rosewood shade, I am not sure if that day I am extremely dehydrated that is why my lips are very dry and in need of exfoliation. It can also be since the Rosewood shade is like pinkish nude, it was easier to see the dry patches of my lips.

Cons:

It transfers a little on utensils and cloth.
