PRODUCT REVIEW: BENEFIT'S HELLO HAPPY SOFT BLUR FOUNDATION IN SHADE #3
Ever since I saw this coming out of the market, I wanted to try it specially with its adorable packaging. It reminds me of emoji. LOL. Anyway, after I ran out of liquid foundations, I opted to finally try this one and bought a tube in the nearest Benefit store in my area.
My shade is #3 and my MAC shade is NC20 for your reference. Benefit's soft blur foundation is a sheer to medium coverage containing SPF15 PA+++ protection.

For a liquid foundation, it contains an added sun protection of SPF 15 PA+++. Even though the coverage is low, let me remind you that other foundation does not have any sun protection at all.
The coverage is light to medium that is why it looks so natural while wearing it. It is lightweight and does not cause my makeup to cake. The coverage of this reminds me of my holy grail, Shiseido's Synchro Skin Liquid Foundation which is also a lightweight formula with decent coverage.
The coverage managed to lighten the dark shadows under my eyes as well as cover my light blemishes, and even out my skin tone. The Hello Happy Soft Skin Foundation also gives a natural glow to my skin making it look more radiant.
Since it is lightweight, it fits perfectly in our summer weather now.
Cons:
The coverage starts to fade for about 6 hours of wear even with a setting spray on. So I guess this is not designed for longer wear.
Well, for a sheer to medium coverage, I find this foundation expensive. The 30ml bottle costs 1920php so if you wanted to try it first, Benefit also offers the mini size of 6ml at 660php each.
