PRODUCT REVIEW: CUTE PRESS' BEAUTY & THE BEAST BRIGHTENING AND HYDRATING ROSE MIST
Tale as old as time...true as it can be...anyway enough singing. I wonder if you can relate to me because whenever I see a red rose, Beauty and the Beast always comes inside my mind first. I love Disney movies and Princesses but my all time favorite is Belle.
My friend Rochelle of www.rochellerivera.com knew about it and she gave me this Cute Press' Beauty and the Beast Brightening and Hydrating Rose Mist after she came back from Bangkok.
At first, I thought it was the usual setting spray but after using it several times, I find it more helpful in terms of hydrating my skin instead of setting my makeup.
Brand: Cute Press
Type: Beauty and the Beast Brightening and Hydrating Rose Mist
Weight: 50ml
Product Description:
Ingredients:
Pros:
If you love using Evian, then you will also like to use this. The difference is that, this bottle smells strongly like a Rose. I enjoy spraying it on my face. I feel like a Princess whenever I spritz some. LOL. Laugh at me but it makes me feel good. LOL.
Not only does it make me appear great, I also feel refreshed whenever I spray it. The moisture stayed on my face throughout the day.
It seems that the Arbutin content is working because after a whole week of continued use, I noticed my skin to be brighter and have a slight glow.
Cons:
If you have an oily skin, you might want to think about it before using this. I have a dry to combination type of skin and I usually find my skin greasy by the end of the day whenever I use this (even with just one spray). In contrary to their statement that it will not disrupt your makeup, I beg to differ. My makeup did not last long. I advice that if you wanted to use this with makeup, use it before you apply your makeup instead of over it. It lasts longer that way but still not as long as when I skip using this.
Not yet readily available in Philippines. I hope soon! Thank you Rochelle for this bottle!
Buy again? 100%
Overall Rating: 4/5 (I would give it a 5 if I it made my makeup last long.)
Price: I looked around online and it is about $18. I am not sure how much it would cost if bought directly from Thailand.
Where to buy? Thailand. Cute Press has an online shopping site but it is written in their writing. I am not sure if they ship directly into Philippines.
Thank you so much for visiting my site Beauties! For more reviews to come. I am thinking if I should transfer my blogsite into self-hosting, what do you Beauties think? :)
