PRODUCT REVIEW: BIODERMA'S SEBIUM H2O

Ever since I first tried my first bottle of Micellar Water, I am hooked! It is amazing on how one product that basically feels like water can clean my face from oil and makeup. One of the expensive micellar cleansers is from the brand Bioderma

I often see this brand on BDJ's events and inside department stores but never got one because I find it really expensive when I can buy something cheaper with the same effect. I cannot let the opportunity pass though when I went to Sasa two years ago because it was on sale!

I immediately checked the expiration date because I am afraid that if I will hoard some it will expire soon but to my astonishment, it will not expire anytime soon! Yay! (This bottle that I will be reviewing is already half-full but I will just post the review today, okay? I took the photos when I first got them.)

Read more to know about this Bioderma Sebium H2O.

Brand: Bioderma

Type: Sebium Micellar Water

Weight: 500ml

Product Description:

Ingredients:

Pros:

Bioderma's Sebium H2O is a cleansing water with a little oil, hence its name for Micellar. It works like a cleanser and toner in one product. It can effectively remove my makeup without drying my skin nor making it greasy.

This is the reason why I fell in love with micellar waters, it does not strip off your skin with its natural moisture.

One to two drops of micellar cleanser in a cotton pad is enough to clean the whole face. If I have a full makeup on, I use three to four drops in a cotton pad to fully remove my makeup. So this 500ml bottle will go a long way.

My skin feels hydrated and clean after using this Bioderma Sebium H2O, no greasy feel after use!

I love that this product is alcohol-free and almost fragrance-free.

Cons:

It is a lot more expensive compared to other brands selling Micellar Water. Though we have to also understand that this product also made from France, so it is imported here in the Philippines.

I noticed that it stings my eyes a little with or without makeup on. So I suggest not to use it near your eye area.

Buy again? 70% (I might try the other variant next, the Bioderma Sensibio H2O)

Overall Rating: 5/5

Price: 1458php (I got it only for HK$52, so basically I got it for around 500-600php while it was on sale at Sasa)

Where to buy? Zalora, Beauty Section in Department Stores

Thank you for reading my review and have a great day beauties!
