PRODUCT REVIEW: THE BALM'S MANIZER SISTERS

Even though I already have each of The Balm's Highlighting Powders, I cannot resist this small palette that is travel-handy and contains all of the highlighting powders in just one packaging. It would be best to purchase this palette if you wanted to try all of their highlighting powders. I am so glad that Sephora.ph offered this in their site because The Balm Counters in the Philippines (inside Beauty Bar) did not released this limited edition palette in their shops.

It took me a long time before I was able to post my review for this so...let us now check it out!

Brand: The Blam

Type: Highlighting Palette

Edition: Limited

Weight: 0.11oz each

Product Description: Not listed

Ingredients:

Pros:

What more could I wish for? I got the three notorious highlighting sisters in one palette! Its easy to bring with me when I travel.

The folder-like packaging is more sturdy compared with the separate compact case of The Balm's highlighters. I dropped my Mary-Lou Manizer once and I failed to repair it like how it was used to be even with the use of alcohol to make it whole again.

All of the powders have a velvet-like finish. It feels smooth and light on my face.

The Mary-Lou Manizer is the best powder for highlighting. It is the one that is most pigmented and shimmery when focused with light.

The Cindy-Lou Manizer is great for highlighting but I like to use it better for my cheeks as a blush since it has a pinkish color.

The Betty-Lou Manizer is best used as a bronzer.

So, what do you think? This palette is complete, you can use it as a blush, bronzer and highlighter in just one casing!

Cons:

Compared with the separate compact highlighting powders of The Balm, it is not as shimmery and pigmented. (At least in my opinion.)

Sadly, it is limited edition and it is hard to find a seller who still offer this. Though the last time that I checked Sephora.ph, they still have it.

SWATCH:

Using Mary-Lou Manizer on my cheekbones and the bridge of my nose.

I used the Cindy-Lou Manizer on my cheekbones and bridge of my nose. I used the Betty-Lou Manizer to contour.
