Cathy Doll: AA (Automatic Aura) Cream in Natural Beige (23)

PRODUCT REVIEW: CATHY DOLL'S AA (AUTOMATIC AURA) CREAM IN NATURAL BEIGE (23)

Together with the Cathy Doll AA Cushion, AA Cream was also released. I have the same shade as I used on my cushion in Natural Beige (23). There are two shades available for AA Cream, Light Beige and the one that I will review, the Natural Beige.

According to Cathy Doll, The AA Cream foundation provides incredibly lightweight texture like the air. This easy-to-blend formula automatically delivers an aura complexion all day long with the Auto AUra, Anti-Acne, and Anti-Aging effects. It provides perfect coverage and naturally smooth appearance to the skin. Moreover, it contains the properties of Tea Tree Oil that helps to control oil and reduces the occurrence of acne; Korean Herb Extract that helps to fade off dark spots caused by acne, while Titanium Dioxide brightens skin tone and protects skin from dullness with the 45x sunscreen protection benefit. This item is well-suited for every skin types including sensitive skin.

Pros:

The Cathy Doll AA cream is creamier than the cushion. It looks too thick but when applied, its easy to spread and blend. I did not experience any breakouts or skin irritations.

The great thing with Cathy Doll AA Cream (and AA Cushion), it has a Tea Tree Oil that reduces the occurrence of acne and protects our skin while giving a non-drying matte finish. Its non-greasy and it feels light on my skin. According to Cathy Doll, it is best used with Milky Splash Essence as its base.

The coverage is great from light to medium. It was able to brighten and lighten my skin. With its light to medium coverage, it was able to cover most dark spots and red spots on my skin.

The cream smells like tea tree oil.

The lasting power is from 4 to 6 hours. For me, I did not need to re-touch because my skin still looks fresh on 8 hours of use, it just faded for the coverage on dark spots.

It contains SPF 45 PA +++ which is a good coverage against the harmful UV rays.

Cons:

I hope that it will be available in more shades soon to cater any skin tone.

The tube is great for hygienic purposes but it dispenses too much product in one small squeeze so make sure to be careful.
