ASIA'S NEXT TOP MODEL MAKES THE UNEXPECTED HAPPEN WITH MAYBELLINE NEW YORK

For the second time in a row, Maybelline continues to be the official makeup partner of Asia's Next Top Model. I remember being hooked to this show back in Season 2 when two Filipinas (Jodilly Pendre and Katarina Rodriguez) joined the show. I am proud to see both of them enter the final round even though they did not win. This 2017, on Asia's Next Top Model will come back bigger and bolder with Maybelline and they will make the unexpected happen on this 5th cycle.

Viewers are primed to expect that with regional partnership with Maybelline New York, this season will make the year's contenders bolder, edgier and fiercer in every photo shoot. This is what I always wanted to see whenever I watch Asia's Next Top Model, I am always amazed with the transformations that they can create.

According to Cary Co, the Marketing Director for Maybelline Philippines, "As the brand that empowers girls to make their dreams happen, we are happy to partner once again with Asia's Next Top Model for its fifth cycle, as we bring today's runway looks to the streets." She also added, "We are excited to see a bolder, edgier, and fiercer competition this year, hoping that the new season brings in more opportunities for our contenders as well as viewers to be encouraged to make their dreams happen.".

Let us all stay tuned as they will air the pilot episode on April 5 via Star World. All makeup and Maybelline aficionados shall watch out for episode 5 as Maybelline's global creative director, Nigel Stanislaus, sits in as guest judge.

We can expect a tougher and more exciting Asia's Next Top Model this season as it puts together an ensemble of top-caliber mentors and judges from host, Cindy Bishop, beauty and fashion photographer Yu Tsai, model Cara G McIlroy, to the former Miss Universe and our very own, Pia Wurtzbach. Let us support as the Filipino pride once again shines as three contenders are in from the Philippines.
