PRODUCT REVIEW: CELETEQUE DERMOCOSMETICS' 24-HOUR PHOTOREADY MATTE PRIMER

One of my secrets in making my makeup long lasting is by using a primer. I know others do not understand its importance but it is important. First, primers will acts as a base for your makeup, it makes application of a liquid or powder foundation better and it makes it last long.

I play around with all the brands and I want to try out all of the primers in the market and imagine my surprise when I finally got a new one from Celeteque! It came together with their new makeup products late last year.

When I use a primer, I prefer to use something gel like or something silky that makes it easy for me to glide on my skin. To my delight, this primer is just like that! This primer is silicone based that is why it has a smooth and silky texture.

From all the Celeteque DermoCosmetics products that I tried and used (besides their lipsticks), this is one of my favorite and most recommended product. Why? First, it managed to make my pores look smaller and its thanks to the ingredient Polymethyl Methacrylate. Second, for a primer that is supposed to serve only as a base of the makeup, it was able to make some of my dark spots disappear. So it has a light coverage too. My skin looked more flawless. Third, I love its texture. It reminded me of The Balm's Time Balm and Benefit's Porefessional. The formula is so silky that I love how it feels on my skin. Fourth, the formula is matte so it was able to reduce shine and decreases the risk for oily skin with its included ingredient of Silica.

Last, it was able to make my makeup last longer and still looking fresh. The included Dimethicone and Dimethicone Crosspolymer in the formula was able to form a protective barrier for the skin.

I did not experience any breakouts while using this product.
