Hello! I am now recovering from the flu and for my first blog post upon my return from the dead...joking...I mean return from sickness, I am excited to share the one that I had been wanting to review before I took a break, the new shades of lipstick by Maybelline!
When it comes to lipsticks, I will always sing that song from Little Mermaid with the line, "I want more!" because a girl will never have enough lipsticks, agree? Get ready to color your lips with the new shades from Maybelline's Color Sensational Vivid Matte Collection!
A lipstick is one of my essentials when it comes to makeup. It is the one that I cannot stop collecting nor live without. I can wear nothing on my face except for lipstick. Why? I believe it is the closest thing that can describe my mood for the day. I can wear bold colors for a fierce look, wear pinks for days that I want to look very girly and nudes when I want to achieve the "no make up look". Wearing a lipstick can show the personality that you wanted to portray!
I particularly prefer using matte lipsticks because of the texture and intensity of the color that is why I am so excited to have this Vivid Matte Collection from Maybelline! I saw these lipsticks being used by celebrities and I love the shades of pinks and plums that they use. There are so many colors that we can choose from and Maybelline wanted us to enjoy playing with their different shades. In fact, I want to collect them all because it is so nice!
