Upon application, this lipstick looks like a stain that was left after removing a bright and highly pigmented lipstick. Its smooth and still bright. The color is similar to Fuchsia Flash but this one looks darker pink.
One to two layers of application is enough to color the lips and reach the opaqueness that I wanted. Since its a powder matte lipstick, its ease of application is as smooth as expected. No tugging experienced at all. Plus, I love the feel of its powder-like texture on my lips. I still think that the Powder Mattes is the best lipstick collection by Maybelline right now.
The lipstick does not build up on lip lines nor it settles on dry patches of my lips. Yay!
Another thing to love with the Powder Matte lipstick just like this Up To Date, its almost transfer-free. It can however be easily removed through eating but it leaves a little even stain on lips. The lasting power of the lipstick was at least five to six hours without any consumption of food. I love it!
Its affordable for only 299php!
