PRODUCT REVIEW: REVLON COLORBURST'S MATTE BALM IN SULTRY (225)
Revlon's Sultry Matte Balm Lipstick was the second Revlon lipstick that I own (the first one was Standout). After a red lipstick, I went to something that looks more natural.
There are a few times that you will get a lipstick that you know just by using it the first time that it looks flattering on you. I just found it with Sultry. I am so happy with my purchase specially when I bought it during their 50% off sale last year.

This matte lipstick is creamy and moisturizing to my lips. I just love its formula. I did not suffer from any tugging of the lips in its application. Its smooth and easy to use.
The lipstick is highly pigmented. One to two layers is enough to reach the intensity that I want. The shade is pink with a reddish undertone.
It has a cooling sensation and a nice minty scent. Its perfect to use during a hot and sunny day, the cooling sensation of the lipstick helps in making the day more bearable.
The color lightens after eating but does not require a re-touch. It only transfers a small amount of lipstick to your glass when drinking.
I love that it does not bleed out of the lips plus it does not settle on lip lines.
I love using it because my complexion looks better whenever I use it. I am impressed overall!
