OLAY REGENERIST MIRACLE DUO

PRODUCT REVIEW: OLAY'S MIRACLE BOOST REGENERIST

Olay Miracle Boost Regenerist is the first serum that I tried from Olay. I am so glad that this new product from Olay was offered at Sample Room because I was able to grab one.

This product was made to start the boosting of our metabolism to regenerate cells for a younger looking skin.

Type: Miracle Boost Regenerist

Weight: 40ml

Product Description:

How To Use:

Ingredients:

Pros:

Also, I can feel my skin get supple after one night of wearing it during my sleep. My skin also improved in regards to dullness, after using this my skin looked healthier and brighter.

The serum is absorbed quickly by the skin and it is non-sticky and non-greasy. No break-outs experienced while using this product. It is also mild since it did not cause any adverse reaction when my sister who has eczema used it.

I like that the bottle has a dropper because I can control the amount of the serum that I wanted. Also, it is more hygienic.

Cons:

Honestly, I feel like an idiot that I cannot figure out how to open it at first. The bottle's lock is new to me and it took me a few minutes to figure it out. Anyway, the bottle's cap is a dropper. The only problem with this dropper is that when the serum runs out, it is hard to use up all the contents left on the bottom of the bottle.

The scent...I am not fan of it. Reminds me of saliva or something sour. But once absorbed, the fragrance disappears so you just have to wait it out.

PRODUCT REVIEW: OLAY REGENERIST'S REVITALISING HYDRATION CREAM

I already tried this before and already posted my experience here. To read my review, go to the link here. Using this trial pack from Sample Room and trying it out again (after I finished my hoarded Olay Regenerist supply), my review and experience is still the same. It is not the best moisturizer that I tried but it still works as an anti-aging cream and is still effective in terms of hydration.

Type: Regenerist Advanced Anti-Ageing Revitalising Hydration Cream

Weight: 14g (Full size: 50g)

How To Use:

Ingredients:

Pros:

The moisturizer is great for day use because it has a sun protection of SPF15. It kept my skin hydrated but not as as effective as the Miracle Boost.

Cons:

I really don't like the scent of this, others consider it unscented but I find the fragrance quite strong. My eyes sting when I sweat and I have this on my skin. I can feel it melting.

It feels heavy on face. It is not good to be used under makeup because it is too creamy and thick. Getting the cream out of the jar is unhygienic because you have to dip your fingers. I used spatula when I tried this. I suggest you invest in a small spatula for all of your products for more hygienic use. Sometimes when my spatula is for cleaning and I need to use one product right away, I use plastic spoon instead. Improvise. :)
