PRODUCT REVIEW: SKINWHITE ADVANCED WHITENING FACE CREAM POWDER (LIGHT BEIGE)
SkinWhite is a local brand in the Philippines known to produce items for whitening. I am used to using their body lotions and body wash before but this will be my first to try a face product. For my previous reviews of Skin White products, go to the link here and also here.
I got this from Sample Room! I am intrigued since the face cream powder contains whitening ingredients, moisturizer and it is a powder for my face but it also has an added spf protection. It is a more of a 4 in 1 product than a 3 in 1.
Let me now share to you my full review.
Type: Cream Powder
Shade: Light Beige (Also available in Natural Beige, White and Rose White)
Weight: 20g (Also available in sachets, the White and Light Beige are available in 20g)
Three times the happiness all over your face! Love the visible results in as fast as 7 days. The first and the only one in the market, SkinWhite Advanced Whitening Face Cream Powder uses a unique technology that amazingly transforms from a moisturizing cream into a light, matte powder when applied onto the skin.
It uses an exclusive Advanced Tripower Technology that safely attacks the three stages of melanin production:
1. Blocks UV rays from entering the innermost layer of the skin.
2. Suppresses melanin production.
3. Prevents release of melanin to the uppermost layer of skin, preventing skin darkening.
It also has Vitanourish Formula that contains Vitamins B3, B5, B6, C and E, SPF 12 for intense moisturization and protection from harmful UV rays. This product uses Synchronized Whitening Action through multiple actives to ensure your beautiful blush white skin.
How to use: After cleansing, apply an even amount of cream on face. Retouch as needed. For even better results, use SkinWhite PowerWhitening Facial Cleanser.

> Easy to bring for travel as the tube is small and lightweight
> Easy to apply on face as the cream is smooth. The cream reminds me of Monistat (when used as a primer) when applied on face
> Creates a matte finish
> It can be used as a base for your makeup or just use it alone
> Smells like a powder
> It has SPF 12 but it is not sufficient for sun protection, you will still need an additional sunscreen
> No breakouts noted
> It brightened my dull skin and reduced the dark circles under my eyes (Check out my photo below)
> My face looks unnaturally white after application. I think even if I try the other shades, the effect is really an instant whitening but I do not like the look it makes.
> It feels heavy on my face
> Does not last long. It did not even survived two hours of my shift at work.
> I feel a little greasy after a few hours of use
> Does not cover blemishes
> I did not feel that it moisturized my skin even though it contains Vitanoursih Formula. The texture is matte and smooth but my skin is not hydrated.
> The whitening effect is not maintained even with continued use, it just gives an instant whitening complexion.
> No blushing skin noted
