Maybelline: Gigi Hadid Beige Gel Liner

PRODUCT REVIEW: MAYBELLINE'S GIGI HADID LIMITED EDITION BEIGE EYE LINER

At last! The Gigi Hadid Maybelline Collaboration is finally here in the Philippines (though the other palettes will be available on December due to shipment delays)! Ever since having a glimpse on the new collection, I had been eyeing the Lipstick Kits and the Nude Eye Liner!

On the first day of release, there is no available Beige Gel Liner yet but the next day, it was just delivered and of course I finally got two pieces. LOL.

Anyway, I am excited to share my experience and thoughts with this new Beige (Nude) Gel Liner.

Pros:

The gel liner is like a soft pencil that is easy and smooth to apply on eyes. I did not experience any tugging or dragging feel whenever I use it. This gel liner can be used both on upper and lower lids. I prefer to use it on my lower lids and the inner part of my eyes.

The gel liner was placed in a pen like casing that can be twisted. It is easy to use and I did not have any problem in re-capping.

When I used it for my lower lids, my eyes look brighter and bigger. It looks so much alive compared with a bare look. The gel liner is perfect to use day and night! In fact, I love to use it everyday now! (Check out my photos below!)

I love that the gel liner does not smudge nor transfer. Even with all the shimmering look, it does not go all over my face.

Cons:

I expected that anything I apply on my lower lids does not last long because I have the tendency to get teary-eyed specially when working long hours. Because of this, I need to re-apply at least every three hours or so.

This is limited edition! I hope Maybelline will release something like this in a permanent one. That is why I hoarded two pieces for now.
