If you wanted to wear a classic red that is not that loud, you might want to try this Powder Matte Lipstick in Noir Red. The color is versatile that it can be worn by both warm and cold undertones. My complexion looked brighter whenever I use this lipstick.
The color is actually opaque when worn but its not as bold compared to the other red shades. One to two layers are enough to fully coat the lips.
I love that it looks just like a stain left from a dark lipstick. It makes it more natural.
The lipstick lasts for four to six hours without consumption of food. It can easily be removed by eating and it does not leave a stain on lips.
The lipstick does not build up on lip lines and it does not settle on dry patches. Yay!
The feel of the lipstick on my lips is great because of its powder-like texture.
Affordable for only 299php.
