PRODUCT REVIEW: SAFEGUARD'S APPLE BLOOM FOAMING ANTIBACTERIAL HAND SOAP

The Apple Bloom Hand Soap came together with my sample of Cherry Pow. I already reviewed the Cherry Pow, the link is here.

It has the same quality to Cherry Pow, they just differ on scent.

Brand: Safeguard

Scent: Apple Bloom

Type: Foaming antibacterial hand soap

Weight: 225ml

Product Description: Join Commander Safeguard in his fight against germs! Magic Pump, Foam Creator transforms trusted Safeguard protection into a soft foam format that kills 99.9% germs. Easy to spread and lather so that hands are thoroughly cleaned, even in between fingers and nails. Fun to use even for kids. Less usage than regular liquid hand soap. Tested on Staphylococcus aereus as representative gram positive bacteria and Escherichia coli as representative gram negative bacteria by 3rd party lab.

How to use and Ingredients:

Pros:
> Gentle on hands
> The foam consistency helps to easily lather the hand soap
> Antibacterial hand soap that kills 99.9% germs
> The scent lingered on my hands for a few hours after use
> Nice and thick packaging
> The pump has a lock to avoid accidental pumping of the hand soap
> My hands feel really clean after use

Cons:
> One bottle will not last long
> The scent is much stronger than Cherry Pow, it smells like a detergent

Buy again? 10% (I prefer the Cherry Pow)

Overall Rating: 2/5

Price: I think it ranges around 100php. I haven't seen the actual retail price yet but I remember seeing a promo of soap bars in Trinoma last week. You will get this as a free (Buy 8 bars and get 1 free hand soap for free) and it is written on the packaging that you save 100php from the free hand soap, so I guess it ranges on that amount. I will just update this post when I already checked the price. (I got this as a sample.)

Where to buy? Local supermarkets, already saw one at Trinoma Landmark.
