PRODUCT REVIEW: LIP ICE SHEER COLOR IN FRAGRANCE FREE, STRAWBERRY AND SHIMMER
I feel blessed to receive a set of lip balms from Lip Ice. I already reviewed their colored lip balms and now I am going to review their variant that changes color while you are wearing it. It reminded me of mood rings but only this time, it only turns into shades of pink.
Lip Ice is made from natural ingredients so it is a lip balm that is safe for everyday use! I was able to get fragrance free, flavored in Strawberry and shimmer. Let us now check it out per kind.
FRAGRANCE FREE
For those people who are sensitive with scents. This lip balm stays true to its label that it is fragrance free. I cannot smell anything.

The label of expiration date is indicated on the bottom of the lip balm's case. I like things that put the expiration date on the casing because I can easily track on when to dispose.
It is made from natural bees wax. The balm is easy to glide on lips.
The lip balm is moisturizing to my lips. As the lip balm is absorbed into my lips, it changes the color of my lips into sheer pink. It just takes a few seconds for the color to change on your lips once applied. This is the most sheer from this set. (Check out my lip swatch below)
The color does not settle on dry patches of my lips or lip lines. Amazingly, the lip balm also leaves a pinkish stain on my lips.
Cons:
It has a little waxy taste but bearable.

STRAWBERRY
Yay! Strawberry. I prefer flavored lip balms because I tend to lick my lips to wet it and I enjoy it more when my lips are flavored.

This strawberry variant also leaves an even stain on my lips.
Cons:
It does not taste like strawberries. It has a waxy taste.

At first I don't know what is the difference between the shimmer to fragrance free and strawberry because I already find them shimmery but looking at the lip balm stick, it has more glitters on it.

This variant has no scent. It can pass as fragrance free too. The lip balm Shimmer looks really shimmery and it looks bright pink to me. (Check out my swatch below)
Still, it is moisturizing and it leaves an even stain on my lips.
Cons:
This lip balm does not glide as smoothly compared to the two variants because of the glitters on the balm that I can feel scraping to my lips. I can still feel the particles on my lips after the balm was absorbed into my lips.
It has a waxy taste.
