PRODUCT REVIEW: REVLON'S STREET CHIC COLLECTION

Revlon's most iconic lipstick line, Super Lustrous released a limited time offer of getting a six lipstick shades inspired by a Street Chic Collection in one box with an affordable price of 1500php instead of 2100php. This set was offered during the BDJ and Project Vanity Beauty Confidential Event. I was tempted to buy one but it is a good thing that I decided to hold it off because I got a set from my goodie bag from BDJ and Project Vanity!

I think originally, it was offered in 12 shades but I just saw this set of 6 during the event. From Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, Mexico City, Milan and Beunos Aires, you will feel like you traveled around the world just by wearing these lipsticks. LOL! Kidding aside, let us now get down to business!

Pros and Cons:

All of the shades included are easy to wear but the Lilac Mist, Midnight Mystery, and Gold Goddess are kind of hard to wear with light makeup. The set is complete from nudes to plum shades of lipsticks. My favorites are Bare Affair and Bombshell Red.

In fairness, all the lipstick shades are creamy and easy to glide over the lips. No tugging experienced and it did not even settled on the dry patches of my lips. I did not notice any build up on my lip's lines too! The lipstick feels moisturizing to my lips. No need to apply a lip balm or exfoliating the lips. For a sheer lipstick, all of the shades are highly pigmented. One to two layers are enough to fully coat the lips.

As expected from a moisturizing lipstick, it can easily be removed through eating. Other than that and the unusual shades, I find this set amazing!
