PRODUCT REVIEW: EVER BILENA'S ADVANCE GLOW OUT HIGHLIGHTER IN STROBE
Finally, after looking so hard for this shade Strobe of Ever Bilena's Glow Out Highlighters since it is always sold out, I managed to buy one from Lazada! I cannot forget about this shade since I was able to test it during the launch of most EB's Advance Line.
I want to have this shade Strobe because it deeply reminded me of The Balm's Highlighter, Mary Loumanizer.

Affordable for only 199php! The packaging is the usual white casing of Ever Bilena, both the box and the case contain the complete details of the product including the manufacturing date and ingredients.
Compared with Candlelight, the Strobe is paler, that is why it reminded me of The Balm's Mary Loumanizer or Becca's Champagne - only less shimmery and less glittery. However with lesser shimmer, it looks more natural when worn. Perfect for everyday use because it is subtle.
The lasting power is around three to four hours. Re-touching is needed even when I used a primer beforehand and a setting spray after.
The texture of the powder is smooth and easy to apply.
Cons:
The powder is slightly chalky and dusty, I tend to create a mess. So be careful when you dab your brush over it.
