PRODUCT REVIEW: L'OREAL'S REVITALIFT LASER X3 DAY CREAM
Day Creams are usually neglected to be used in the Philippines because of our weather. I skip using them because I feel greasy and hot. Like my face has doubled its layers. But with product made by L'Oreal, I want to try it specially as I loved their Revitalift Laser X3 Eye Cream, Power Water, and Night Cream.
The ingredients included in this day cream were same with the Night Cream, the difference is that it has a lighter consistency and thinner in texture.

Pros:
The ingredient Pro-Xylane (same with the night cream) retains the moisture of your skin that prevents aging lines. It also has LHA that mildly exfoliates the skin that can smooths the texture of our skin and eventually minimize the pores. With this ingredient, we can also use this like a primer in our makeup routine specially if you have a dry skin.
The cream has a thinner texture and consistency that feels lighter for my skin compared with the night cream. The feeling after application is not greasy and it reminded me of how primers feels like but this is a little heavier compared to primers.
Using my Mili Moisture Detector, I tested my skin before I used the L'Oreal Revitalift Laser X3 Day Cream and the result is 37.1% and it is considered average. After the day cream was fully absorbed, the moisture level of my skin increased to 38.8%. The level of moisture increased by 1.7%. It is lesser compared to the night cream but still quite high.
In my opinion, since it does not have an SPF included, I can use it as a night cream as well. Specially for combination to oily type of skin because it has a nicer texture with lesser greasy feel.
Cons:
No SPF for sun protection.
By the end of the day, my skin feels a little oily even with makeup on but it is not that bothering. I was able to quickly fix it with powder. At least I know that the moisturizer does it job. LOL.
