After reading such great reviews, I finally gave in and bought this must-try foundation by Shiseido. My curiosity is at its finest and I cannot resist! I took the advantage of using the coupon that I got from Shiseido's promo and bought this Shiseido Synchro Skin Lasting Liquid Foundation.

There are several shades available and I am sure you will find the perfect match for your skin. For me, I got this Golden 3 and it looks like my natural skin tone.

Is this lasting liquid foundation a must-buy or just the hype? Let us find out!

As expected from the brand Shiseido, the bottle of the liquid foundation was stored in a sleek glass bottle and it looks classy.

The pump produces small amount of liquid foundation making it easier for me to control the amount that I wanted to dispense.

The reason that I love any makeup or skincare produced in Japan is because it never let me down. The first time that I tried this foundation, I am in love! Why? Because this foundation looks like my natural skin - but better!

The liquid foundation has a light formula that is easy to blend. The liquid consistency of the foundation feels like water upon application. Plus, this foundation is oil-free!

This Shiseido Syncrho Skin Lasting Liquid Foundation has a broad-spectrum sun protection with SPF 20. It is not that high but compared to other liquid foundations that does not have sun protection, SPF 20 still sounds good!

The coverage of the Shiseido Synchro Skin Lasting Foundation is from medium to heavy but I find it satisfying that my skin still looked flawless even with a light application of the foundation. No need to use a concealer to hide red spots. My skin looks natural like I did not put anything on but still looks smooth and flawless even with light application! I feel like my skin can breathe whenever I use this.

Do not worry though, you can build up the layers to achieve a fuller coverage without making it look thick if you prefer it.

Since I am satisfied with the coverage from just using an ample amount, this bottle will last long on me.

The foundation even though a little sheer is matte but it did not made my face any drier nor flaky. It still feels hydrated without getting too oily.

Another reason that I love this Synchro Skin Lasting Foundation is that it lasts long! My face still looked fresh and smooth when I get back home that I do not want to remove my makeup yet!

Cons:

I don't know if it is just me but I have a hard time putting on the cap of the bottle correctly in one try. The tendency is the cap will have a spilled mess of the liquid foundation inside from the pump and I have to clean it up afterwards.

The foundation NEEDS to be shaken well before you pump it or else the consistency will be too liquid.

Well, it is quite expensive but if you are looking for a foundation worth the splurge, go for it! (Like I do!)
