PRODUCT REVIEW: ZENUTRIENT'S GUGO STRENGTHENING HAIR SERUM
Organic is love. As much as possible I like to use organic beauty products because it is the safest. Thanks to Sample Room, I was able to get a sample of this Zenutrients Gugo Strengthening Hair Serum. So far, all the items that I tried from Zenutrients are great and I can't wait to road test this one.
I have a short hair and I maintain it that way. I do not have a talent nor the patience to fix it if I keep it long. Even though my hair is short, its still thick and I still suffer from hair falls and easy breakage of my hair strands. Its also quite dry due to frequent coloring.
Before, I do not like putting anything on my hair because I am afraid it will turn my hair greasy but lately I am in the mood to try and try and after rummaging in my things for anything to review, I came upon this Zenutrients Gugo Strengthening Hair Serum.
Hair serums are designed to treat common hair problems and is usually applied every evening before going to sleep while some serums can be worn during day times too.
Gugo is a vine that almost all of its parts are being used for traditional herbal medicines. For this serum, they used the bark part of the vine. Gugo Barks are usually used to treat hair and scalp problems like itchiness, dandruff and hair loss.
There are more beneficial ingredients added into this serum like Aloe Vera, Green Tea extract, Tea Tree Oil and Eucalyptus.
I just wand to share that I really love its scent before I proceed to the review!

The first thing that I loved from this serum is the scent. It has a soothing fragrance of eucalyptus and its my favorite aromatic scent for the house and skin care products.
The serum is concentrated and rich, it has a tea-like color but it is still easy to apply into my hair. I usually apply it while my hair is damp to let it be absorbed by my hair while its drying. It can be used as leave-on too just in case you prefer to use it during day time. Its quickly absorbed by my hair.
The serum when applied on my hair is lightweight, non-greasy resulting to a luscious, soft and smooth manageable hair. I love the feel of it after it was fully absorbed.
It worked wonders for my hair. My hair fall and hair breakage was reduced after at least a week of continued use.
Its organic so I can say that it is safe to use everyday.
The ingredients and its benefits are:
Gugo - remedy for dandruff, hair thinning and eczema
Jeju Aloe Vera - rich in vitamins that reaches roots for a long, thick and strong hair
Green Tea - strengthens roots and activates hair growth
Tea Tree Oil - natural antibacterial
Eucalyptus - natural antifungal and unclogs pores.
Cons:
My hair is already thick so I cannot share if it helps in terms of thinning hair.
The price is a little expensive for a 40ml product though it is really concentrated.
