Something I am Proud of In The Last Few Days
For the last few days I am proud that I was able to stay away from eating French Fries. Oh my goodness, it is a comfort food for me and I usually eat it once or every other day but I do know that it is bad for my health so I am proud that I was able to resist to eat it for already a week now.
I am going slow in the reduction of food because I do not want to overwhelm myself and have problems for cravings. I survived without french fries for almost two weeks now and I dropped 2 pounds without further reduction of any other food. I realized just eating the french fries alone is a big problem...LOL. I hope I could keep it up until I lose at least 1/4 of my weight.
On July 12, I will be trying out the Military Diet to see if I can further reduce any other food and still survive. LOL. Diet is a major problem of mine so wish me luck!
I am also thinking if I should share my challenge to myself for weight loss for the struggles and techniques that I may use. What do you think? :)
