PRODUCT REVIEW: FASHION 21'S EYEBROW MASCARA LIGHT BROWN REVIEW & SWATCH
Just in time with me saving up money while needing a refill for my eyebrow mascara, I came upon this new eyebrow gel from Fashion 21. I am amazed that their product only costs 165php.
I do not use eye pencil on my eyebrows because I find eyebrow mascara sufficient for me. > Affordable that it is great product for every day use
> Contains 8ml of eyebrow gel in one tube
> My brows look natural when I apply to gel
> One to two layer of application is enough
Cons:
> Too shimmery
> Does not cover all areas
> Limited choices of shades
> I find it harder to apply (compared to Etude) due to the bristles, the tip is not slender making it harder to apply on edges and tips of my eyebrows

ReplyDeleteI know! A darker shade would look too strong.. this shade is definitely the better choice.
