Tips:
According to directions, you can take it once or twice a day unless directed by doctor. Powder can be taken directly to mouth or mixed with small amount of cool to room temperature food or drink. Consume immediately once mixed or opened. Do not take if you have a weak immune system. Do not take together with antibiotic, give at least 2 hours gap from taking antibiotics.
I already have a regular bowel movement and constipation is not a problem for me so I don't know if it really aids to regulate bowel movement and avoid constipation.
